Together with the Institute of Law Enforcement Problems at the European University in St. Petersburg we present the report "Proposals for Improving the Judicial System in the Russian Federation and Changes in Regulatory Acts for Their Implementation".
It provides a diagnosis of the main problems in the work of the judicial system and proposes measures for its improvement, which should contribute to economic growth and long-term social stability.
